The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in the center of everything. Guests mentioned that it was close to the old medina and provided easy access to explore the city. the hotel was praised for its tranquil atmosphere, allowing guests to fall asleep to the gentle sound of the fountain. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests and make them feel welcome. The breakfast offered a variety of continental options and was served around the beautiful pool area. The hotel also had a spa, where guests could enjoy a hammam scrub and massages.
The WiFi had occasional connectivity issues, but the staff was aware of the problem and working on resolving it.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, including the spa centre and outdoor swimming pool, fulfilled all my needs for a relaxing holiday. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, offering assistance with restaurant recommendations and organising taxis.
While there is little to complain about, I did notice a minor issue with the bar/lounge area. the selection of drinks was limited, and the atmosphere was not as lively as I had hoped.

I had the most very nice experience at this hotel. I was welcomed with delicious Moroccan tea and biscuits. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with candlelit seating areas and lush palm trees. The location is perfect, as it is close to everything in this city. The staff was friendly and were really good too make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. I especially loved waking up to the gentle sound of the fountain in the center of the riad.
Everything was spot on.
